Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not process returns of the product. Please see below for more information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery for refund claims. If there is confirmed damage/issues, we can refund the package or when applicable send a replacement. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable foods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item for refund eligibility.

Refunds
Issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery for refund claims. We will notify you once we’ve received your email about a damaged, lost, or mis shipped package. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
